Welcome

The registration for the online event takes place by sending the registration form. By registering, I agree to the following conditions of participation of the Institute for the Management and Economics of Education at the University of Teacher Education Zug (hereinafter referred to as the organizer):

• An online tool will be used to conduct the conference. The participant will be asked at a later date to accept the tool's privacy policy. Acceptance of the data protection guidelines is a prerequisite for participation in the conference.
• Participation in the event is free of charge.
• A registration requires the complete filling out of the form.
• Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received.
• The organizer reserves the right to reject registrations without giving reasons.
• Changes and errors in the conference program are reserved. No claims can be derived from them.
• If the event has to be postponed for reasons other than force majeure, registrations remain valid. Further claims of the participant against the organizer due to the complete cancellation of the event, individual items of the program or a postponement are excluded.
• The participant acknowledges the speakers' copyright on the works created by them (presentation documents etc.). Any reproduction and/or distribution of the above-mentioned works by the participant requires the prior consent of the relevant speaker.
• The organizer is subject to the data protection laws of the Canton of Zug (BGS 157.1 and BGS 157.12). The participant agrees that the data collected may be used by the organizer for the purpose of the conference in compliance with the applicable data protection laws. He or she also agrees that his or her name and e-mail address may be included in the list of participants and disclosed (electronically or in print format) to conference participants. If the participant does not wish to appear on the list of participants, he or she must inform the organizer immediately after registration by e-mail: symposium@phzg.ch.
• The organizer is not liable for information provided by speakers, neither for its correctness nor its completeness, nor for the fact that it is free of third party rights.
• Any claims for damages are excluded, if and to the extent permitted by the applicable legal system. The organizer is only liable for claims for damages if the damage was caused by the organizer intentionally or through gross negligence.
• Should individual clauses of these conditions of participation be wholly or partially invalid or should the conditions contain a loophole, the validity of the remaining clauses shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid or missing clauses, the relevant statutory provisions shall apply.
• Swiss law applies to the conditions and the execution of the event. Place of jurisdiction is Zug.
