Welcome to the study on the quality of customer data.

The study is being conducted as part of a master's thesis at the Chair of Information and Service Systems of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Wolfgang Maass at Saarland University, Germany.

The aim of this study is to explore the influence that data quality, which is composed of several dimensions, has on the value of data. To achieve this, it is necessary to identify these data quality dimensions, as well as to capture the extent of their influence on data quality as a value driver. This endeavor is guided by the greater goal of enabling the monetary valuation of data.

The questionnaire is aimed at the data professionals of a company (e.g. data manager, -scientist, -analyst, -engineer, or simply the one in charge of the data in your company). Your very personal experience is important for the study. There are no right or wrong answers. All information is provided anonymously and for scientific purposes only. The questionnaire takes about ten minutes to complete.

Declaration of consent
